Iranian President Raisi Defends Peaceful Nuclear Program Rights

Meanwhile, IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi planned a visit to Iran to discuss its nuclear program.

Recent reports indicate Iran's reduction in highly enriched uranium production but continued enrichment up to 60%. The JCPOA, signed in 2015, remains a point of contention, with Iran dismissing allegations of violations while negotiations stall following the US withdrawal in 2018.
