PM Modi and French President Macron's Grand Jaipur Roadshow Welcomed by Enthusiastic Crowds

Jaipur, Amaravati Today: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and French President Emmanuel Macron held a lively roadshow in Jaipur, receiving a warm welcome from the enthusiastic crowd. President Macron waved back in acknowledgment of the reception from the people. Following the roadshow, the leaders visited the iconic Hawa Mahal, often called the "Palace of Breeze."

Earlier in the day, both leaders explored the historic Jantar Mantar solar observatory, established by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh, and engaged with Indian students at Amber Fort in Jaipur. PM Modi presented President Macron with a replica of the Ram Mandir, and he also took the opportunity to explain the UPI digital payments system to the French President during their Jaipur visit.

President Macron's two-day state visit to India, at the invitation of PM Modi, includes his participation as the chief guest in the 75th Republic Day celebrations, marking the strong ties between India and France.
