Riyadh: The Saudi-Switzerland Roundtable Meeting convened, featuring Minister of Investment Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih and Swiss Federal Councillor Guy Parmelin. Al-Falih highlighted Saudi Arabia's burgeoning investment landscape, projecting opportunities exceeding $3.3 trillion by the decade's end.
Discussions encompassed finance, infrastructure, healthcare, and tourism. Parmelin praised Saudi achievements, including securing Expo 2030 and the bid for World Cup 2034, underscoring Switzerland's eagerness to partake in Saudi's development journey. The meeting delved into enhancing bilateral investment ties, fostering entrepreneurship, and facilitating private sector involvement.
Three MoUs were inked, focusing on entrepreneurship development and private sector collaboration in technology and real estate. The event solidified the commitment to strengthen economic cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Switzerland.
